    Dispute Resolution Process

29th May 2017 Posted in: Buying, Selling Hits: 256

Whenever a sale completes on Luvo, the contract for the sale is between the buyer and the seller.   So in the first instance, you should try to resolve any issues directly with the other party.

However, if despite these attempts you feel you have issues that are not being resolved, then you can look to raise a dispute.

To raise a dispute, sign in, view the listing then select the Raise Dispute option.

We will then step in and try to help solve the issues with the other party.   As part of the resolutions process, we will negotiate with the other party and provide advice with regards to each party’s legal obligations.

But bear in mind that we are restricted in what we can enforce, with our ultimate sanction being to terminate a user’s account.
